By enrolling in any course offered by Yoga Learning Hub, students give their voluntary consent and agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1 Participation & Physical Activity

• I understand that yoga involves physical movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices.

• I acknowledge that yoga may involve risks of injury, including serious or disabling injury, which cannot be fully eliminated.

• If at any time I experience pain, discomfort, or strain, I will stop immediately and inform my instructor.

• I may take rest at any time during the class.

1.2 Medical Disclaimer

• Yoga is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions.

• I will consult a physician before beginning any yoga or physical activity program.

• I will inform the instructor prior to each class if I am pregnant, injured, or experiencing any serious illness.

1.3 Responsibility & Self-Awareness

• I affirm that I am solely responsible for deciding whether or not to participate in yoga classes.

• I understand that I must maintain 80% attendance or more.
  If the course extends beyond the prescribed duration due to insufficient attendance, I agree to pay the full fees again for readmission.

1.4 Training & Examination Disclaimer

• Yoga Learning Hub provides online training only, as per YCB AYUSH standards.

• We have no role in conducting YCB examinations.

1.5 Personal Belongings

• I will not wear or bring valuables/jewelry to the yoga sessions.

• I understand that Yoga Learning Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

1.6 Communication

• I will inform higher authorities immediately in case of concerns or issues.

1.7 Fee Payment

• Full payment of course fees is required before attending any sessions.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

Since Yoga Learning Hub provides online digital training, there is no physical shipping.

• Access to course materials, Zoom links, and login credentials will be provided within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

• Digital certificates (issued by YCB AYUSH) will be provided within 15–20 working days after the course.

• We only provide online training and have no involvement in the YCB examination process.

3. Course Duration & Access Policy

• Each course includes a specific duration communicated at the time of enrollment.

• After the course duration ends, access to all videos, recordings, and practice sessions will automatically expire.

• Students must download all PDFs, notes, and study materials before the course validity ends.

• Extensions are not provided.

• Continued access after expiry requires a paid renewal plan.

4. Pricing Policy

• All course prices are clearly displayed on our website.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Once enrolled, the fee paid for that batch remains fixed.

• Yoga Learning Hub provides online training only.
  Students must appear for YCB exams separately and pay examination fees directly to YCB.
