Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Yoga Learning Hub, all course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
This policy applies to all our online YCB AYUSH and NSDC Skill India–aligned Yoga Teacher Training and Certification Programs, online classes, workshops, Yoga Therapy programs, and other digital services provided through the Yoga Learning Hub website and mobile applications.

1. No Refunds Will Be Provided For:

• Change of mind or personal reasons
• Inability to attend, complete, or access the course
• Technical, internet, device, or scheduling issues on the learner’s side
• Failure to meet attendance, assignment, examination, or other course requirements
• Failure to complete the course within the applicable course duration or access period
• Uninstalling the Yoga Learning Hub mobile application
• Changing or replacing the learner’s mobile device
• Device incompatibility or operating-system-related issues where the applicable device requirements were communicated or reasonably available
• Loss of access resulting from incorrect login credentials or failure to maintain account security

2. Course Cancellation by Yoga Learning Hub

A refund or credit will be considered only if the course is cancelled by Yoga Learning Hub.
In such cases, eligible learners will be informed and guided through the refund/credit process.

3. EMI Delay Penalty Terms

In case of delayed EMI payments:

• A penalty of ₹1,000 per day will be applicable,
  or

• A minimum penalty of ₹5,000,
  whichever is lower.

Timely EMI payments are mandatory to continue access to course materials and sessions.

4. Batch Transfer Policy

In special cases, and at the discretion of Yoga Learning Hub, learners may be permitted to:

• Transfer to a future batch, or
• Switch to another eligible course

A written request must be submitted for consideration. Approval is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges, if applicable.

5. Mobile Application & Digital Access

• Yoga Learning Hub may provide course content, classes, recordings, workshops, study materials, and other digital services through its website and Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Access to digital content may depend on the learner’s internet connection, compatible device, operating system, application version, account status, and the applicable course access period.
• Temporary technical issues, application updates, maintenance, or changes to app features do not automatically qualify the learner for a refund.
• If a learner is unable to access purchased content because of a genuine technical issue attributable to Yoga Learning Hub or its service providers, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.
• Uninstalling the application, changing devices, or choosing not to use the application does not by itself create a right to a refund.

6. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

If an amount has been debited from a learner’s bank account or payment method but the course enrollment or access has not been successfully recorded, the learner should contact Yoga Learning Hub with the relevant transaction details.

Where appropriate, Yoga Learning Hub will verify the transaction and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, including restoration of access or processing of an eligible refund where applicable.
