By accessing or using Yoga Learning Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, mobile applications, online courses, classes, workshops, Yoga Therapy services, and other digital services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users, students, customers, and participants who access or use Yoga Learning Hub services. By enrolling in a course, purchasing a program, registering for a class or workshop, or using our mobile applications or other digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1 Participation & Physical Activity

• I understand that yoga involves physical movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices.

• I acknowledge that yoga may involve risks of injury, including serious or disabling injury, which cannot be fully eliminated.

• If at any time I experience pain, discomfort, or strain, I will stop immediately and inform my instructor.

• I may take rest at any time during the class.

• Yoga Therapy services and therapeutic practices provided by Yoga Learning Hub are educational and wellness-oriented services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.

1.2 Medical Disclaimer

• Yoga is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions.

• I will consult a physician before beginning any yoga or physical activity program.

• I will inform the instructor prior to each class if I am pregnant, injured, or experiencing any serious illness.

1.3 Responsibility & Self-Awareness

• I affirm that I am solely responsible for deciding whether or not to participate in yoga classes.

• I understand that I must maintain 80% attendance or more.
  If the course extends beyond the prescribed duration due to insufficient attendance, I agree to pay the full fees again for readmission.

1.4 Training & Examination Disclaimer

• Yoga Learning Hub provides online training and educational programs. Where a program is specifically identified as being aligned with or preparing learners for YCB AYUSH requirements, the applicable YCB standards and certification requirements will apply.

  Yoga Learning Hub does not conduct YCB examinations unless expressly authorized to do so.

1.5 Personal Belongings

• I will not wear or bring valuables/jewelry to the yoga sessions.

• I understand that Yoga Learning Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

1.6 Communication

• I will inform higher authorities immediately in case of concerns or issues.

1.7 Fee Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full or according to the applicable payment plan agreed at the time of enrollment before attending sessions.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

• Access to course materials, Zoom links, and login credentials will normally be provided within 24–48 hours of successful payment, or according to the access timeline communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Where applicable, certificates will be issued in accordance with the requirements and certification process of the relevant certifying body. Any YCB examination, assessment, certification, or related fee is subject to the applicable YCB rules and is separate from Yoga Learning Hub’s training fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Yoga Learning Hub provides online training only and does not conduct YCB examinations. YCB examinations are conducted according to the applicable YCB process and requirements.

3. Course Duration & Access Policy

• Each course includes a specific duration communicated at the time of enrollment.

• After the course duration ends, access to all videos, recordings, and practice sessions will automatically expire.

• Students must download all PDFs, notes, and study materials before the course validity ends.

• Extensions are not provided.

• Continued access after expiry requires a paid renewal plan.

4. Pricing Policy

• All course prices are clearly displayed on our website.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Once enrolled, the fee paid for that batch remains fixed.

• Yoga Learning Hub provides online training only.
  Students must appear for YCB exams separately and pay examination fees directly to YCB.

5. Mobile Applications & User Accounts

• Yoga Learning Hub may provide access to its services through Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities carried out through their account.
• Users must not share, misuse, copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, course content, recordings, study materials, or other digital content.
• Yoga Learning Hub may suspend or restrict access where there is a violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, unauthorized sharing of content, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that may adversely affect the platform or other users.
• App availability, features, content, and functionality may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
• Digital Content & Intellectual Property

6. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

All course videos, live-session recordings, PDFs, notes, presentations, graphics, written materials, teaching resources, website content, mobile application content, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided by Yoga Learning Hub are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to such content is provided to enrolled users for their personal educational and learning purposes only.

Users must not, without prior written permission from Yoga Learning Hub:

Copy, reproduce, record, download, or redistribute course content, except for materials specifically made available for download for personal use.

Share, sell, resell, publish, upload, transmit, or distribute course videos, recordings, PDFs, notes, or other learning materials to any third party.

• Share or transfer their account, login credentials, or course access with another person.Use Yoga Learning Hub content for commercial purposes, including conducting classes, training programs, workshops, or other paid services, unless expressly authorized in writing.

• Modify, reproduce, or use the Yoga Learning Hub name, logo, trademarks, branding, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized copying, recording, sharing, resale, distribution, or commercial use of Yoga Learning Hub content may result in suspension or termination of access without refund and may lead to further action where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual property rights in Yoga Learning Hub content to the user. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain with Yoga Learning Hub or the respective rights holder.
