Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Yoga Learning Hub, all course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
This policy applies to all our online YCB AYUSH and NSDC Skill India–aligned Yoga Teacher Training and Certification Programs.

1. No Refunds Will Be Provided For:

• Change of mind or personal reasons

• Inability to attend, complete, or access the course

• Technical, internet, device, or scheduling issues on the learner’s side

• Any failure to meet attendance, assignment, or examination requirements

2. Course Cancellation by Yoga Learning Hub

A refund or credit will be considered only if the course is cancelled by Yoga Learning Hub.
In such cases, eligible learners will be informed and guided through the refund/credit process.

3. EMI Delay Penalty Terms

In case of delayed EMI payments:

• A penalty of ₹1,000 per day will be applicable,
  or

• A minimum penalty of ₹5,000,
  whichever is lower.

Timely EMI payments are mandatory to continue access to course materials and sessions.

4. Batch Transfer Policy

In special cases, and at the discretion of Yoga Learning Hub, learners may be permitted to:

• Transfer to a future batch, or

• Switch to another eligible course

A written request must be submitted for consideration. Approval is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges if applicable.
